Meet Wendy

Wendy helps leaders develop at their growth edge, increasing their leadership capacity and impact. She believes that organizations change when their leaders change, and that leaders must stay ahead of the growth curve to thrive in increasing complexity. To that end, her focus is on developing leadership capacity - better and faster. She links the leader's development to what matters most to them.

Wendy's professional background includes executive and team coaching, leadership development and facilitation, with a broad range of public, private and Fortune 500 organizations. With a unique ability to help others see the big picture and simplify the complex, Wendy supports leaders to gain new insights and clarity as they work through their toughest challenges. Through the process they develop their self-awareness, mental models and presence. They impact other leaders and the culture as they create their desired outcomes.

Wendy is an ACE (Accelerating Coaching Excellence) Certified Coach with 7 Paths Forward. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) withThe Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a certified facilitator of multiple assessment tools, including The Leadership Circle Profile. She has an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University. Wendy has a deep interest and additional training in adult development, leadership, high performance teams and culture. She brings extensive industry experience, including over a decade of leadership roles in Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
